Want Healthy? do not Men's waist width more than hips


Men do not need a voluptuous hips, with a slender waist like a Spanish guitar. But if the size exceeds the width of the waist to the hips, the men tend to be more susceptible to chronic diseases and deadly.


"We do not know exactly why, but the men who shape the type of apple and pear are not more prone to heart problems," said Dr. Richard Stein, a professor from Cornell University, as quoted by FoxNews.

A rounded body shape in the abdomen and waist can be avoided by setting a balanced diet, low in fat and calories. Sport and physical activity also helps to balance caloric intake with energy combustion
