4 Strategies Reduce Anger


Every person must have the emotion and anger. This is normal behavior often experienced in everyday life. Usually it is triggered by frustration, injustice and misery.


Emotion not only makes the environment uncomfortable, but also will have an impact on physical health. Pressing and holding the anger will lead to anxiety, stress, headaches and high blood pressure.


To avoid this, you should do some practical steps below to reduce the anger.
