Hungry people Prone Select powdery From Vegetable Food
When someone is in a state so hungry, he tends to get powdery foods rich in calories from more nutritious vegetables.
This may increase the risk of obesity is greater. Researchers provide video cameras in the dining room to record the sequence of food to be eaten by the participants. As a result, 35 percent of the participants start eating powdered food, then food protein and the last is vegetables.
This finding could be a reference to food providers in the hospital for make food for the patients to be fast because the process of operation, to reduce food portions and add powdered food healthy
