Since the body's lean and slim to be a trend in all walks of life, much the way that has been done by women to improve the shape and weight as models and celebrities. One was by removing the cellulite in the body.
Johanna Petrychi, a physician assistant from Queens, NY no exception. Petrychi has faced the problem of cellulite since late teens.
"When I was 12 years old, I was often down to the beach with friends, but when I looked around, my friends do not have dimples, while I have it," said Petrychi. "And for me it will get worse if I was more grown up."
But no matter how hard any Petrychi exercise, there was no change in his body and this affects their daily life.
"As far as I remember, I always wear long pants," he continued. "You know, when I was down to the beach or try wearing a skirt, which I think was my knee."
Then in November 2010, Petrychi went to Dr. Bruce Katz, director of the Juva Skin and Laser Center in New York City who introduced the Cellulaze, the first laser treatment approved by the FDA to eliminate cellulite. Remarkably, this treatment is only done in one session.
"For the first time, we really have laser technology that can cope with cellulite," Katz said as quoted by foxnews.
Laser equipment was placed beneath the skin to break down the collagen and smooth the appearance of cellulite in just one session.
"The only breakthrough here is that the laser is divided into two different directions," said Katz. "This is the first time we could do such a thing."
The procedure lasted for 45 minutes and patients can go home the same day with minimal swelling. In fact, the results can last up to at least 2 years or more, he said.
"We believe that cellulite has been away for 2 years then maybe it will go forever," he added.
"It feels great when you can walk around and not have to cover your body with a towel or wear pants," said Petrychi. "So Cellulaze is the greatest thing that changed my life!"
