Stress is the most miraculous medicinal smell of Potato Bake

When the mind is stressed and the mood is bad, the smell of baked potato can be the most efficacious drugs. According to research, the smell of baked potato could trigger a reaction in the brain that makes a person feel happier.

Dr Avinash Kant, an expert on smells from the University of Nottingham say that a particular aroma can change the mood or mood. Most recently, he proves that the aroma of baked potatoes in a certain way can make people happier.

To prove it, Dr. Kant brought a group of volunteers to place the roasting potatoes. Baked potatoes in the microwave with a temperature of 140 degrees centigrade for 1 hour, then the participants were asked what he was thinking.

In these experiments, it was revealed that a baked potato aroma can evoke positive memories of the past. Memories that are most often include a grandparent of the most loved and memorable family meal together.

However, an effect called Dr. Maliard Effect Kant the term does not appear if the baking temperature is less than 130 degrees Celsius. Similarly, the time, the smell of happiness does not appear if only baked for 15 minutes because it takes at least 1 hour.

"The smell of food and familiarity is a complex brain functions that have recently just started to understand. Positive memories that appear are determined by events that occur when you first smell it," said Dr. Kant as quoted from Dailymail.

According to Dr. Kant, the formation of chemical reactions in the brain that makes a person feel happier place outside of awareness. Therefore if someone accidentally baked potato with a goal just to please themselves, not necessarily this effect will appear.
