Signs You Exercise Too Hard
Exercise has many benefits for the body because it can prevent you from diseases such as obesity and heart disease. But the exercise is done to excess can be bad for health.
Dehydration and dizziness is a common way your body tells you that you are exercising too hard. Signals the body to another short-term include difficulty breathing, foggy vision and a pounding heartbeat.

1. Disruption of the menstrual cycle
