The presence of a baby is the happiest thing in a household. Not all couples can have children immediately. Not a few of them have fertility problems that became known only after marriage.
In women whose age was not until 34 years old, it is normally possible fertility is 90%. With notes, not drug abusers or alcoholics.
As reported suite101.com, there are six general guidelines to determine whether a woman is fertile or not.
1. Normal menstrual period
Means ovulation occurs regularly menstruating regularly and sign hormonal balance. Regular menstrual periods can also allow a woman to know when is the best time to get in touch with high chances of getting pregnant.
In the normal menstrual cycle, namely for 24 and 35 days, ovulation usually occurs around mid-cycle. Signs of ovulation are breast tenderness, bloating, mild abdominal pain, as well as body temperature and increased sex drive.
2. Normal weight
Unhealthy weight will disturb the balance of hormones in the body that interfere with the success of ovulation. In extreme cases, ovulation may stop altogether.
In the lean women, the body saves energy by stopping ovulation. If this continues for an extended period, there is likely to cause infertility.
Women who exercise excessively may also become infertile because of a lack of body fat. Excess weight also increases the risk of polycystic ovarian syndrome which can cause permanent infertility.
3. Do not use any contraception
Women who have been injecting homon birth control takes 1 year to recover its fertility .. The body should begin to rearrange the menstrual period, also begin to ovulate on a regular basis to increase fertility.
Although the normal menstrual cycle has begun again, ovulation will occur irregularly and it takes a few moments to normal again. Fortunately, hormonal birth control do not cause infertility.
4. Sexually transmitted disease-free
Women who are infected with sexually transmitted diseases are more likely to be infertile. Diseases such as chlamydia and gonorrhea cause pelvic inflammatory disease which can spread to the reproductive organs.
Infection causes scar tissue appeared in the fallopian tubes, ovaries and other organs so as to prevent ovulation and reduce the ability to conceive.
5. No smoking
Female heavy smokers decreased fertility rates around 43% and 3 times more likely to be infertile than women non-smokers. This possibility increases higher if the partner also smokes.
Chemicals in cigarette smoke damage eggs and can interfere with ovulation. Not only can you make a difficult pregnancy, but also increases the likelihood of miscarriages and stillborn babies.
6. No stress
Stress is one of the biggest factors that interfere with a woman's ability to conceive. Unfortunately, these risk factors is one of life inevitable.
Women produce stress hormones cortisol and prolactin, which is actively annoying and can even stop ovulation. If this happens for an extended period, the immune system is reduced. At this time, the chances of getting pregnant will shrink because of the pregnancy would endanger the function of the body's ability to cope with stress.
