4 Nutrients Make Teeth shine

Brushing your teeth is a healthy way to take care and dental hygiene. But that's not the only one to clean the teeth. Adad some foods that can be a natural way to clean teeth.

White teeth, healthy gums and bad breath are not of course make you more confident. Brushing your teeth twice a day is the way, but that does not mean it to be the only way.

1. Berry fruit

2. Apple

3. Lemon
Citric acid in the lemon makes an effective remedy to clean teeth naturally. You can rub a slice of lemon directly on teeth or try some home remedies. Lemon is not only cleans teeth, but this juicy fruit also kills bacteria, prevents tooth decay and controls bad breath.

Lemon has been used for a long time to get white teeth naturally. Combine lemon juice with salt and rub it on your teeth daily. Rinse mouth with water and brush after 5 minutes. These drugs strengthen and whiten teeth.

4. Cheese
Cheddar cheese is the food is good for cleaning teeth. Acids in cheddar cheese can fight plaque, removing food from teeth and maintaining pH balance in the mouth.

Every time eating cheese, you may more easily drool. This is not because of taste alone, but cheese also increase the secretion of saliva in the mouth. Saliva cleans the surface of the tooth, reducing bad breath, kill germs and increase the pH balance to eliminate the acid that can damage the teeth.
