People face Why Stress Is Like This ..


Has anyone ever told you, 'Your face looks tired, lack of sleep huh?' Such questions may arise because you are stressed. This is because stress can not be hidden from a person's face.

Stress can damage the skin through a process called glycation of proteins. The process of protein glycation occurs when excess glucose in the body bind to a protein that causes the skin damaged by collagen fibers and other connective tissues are affected.

If a person experiences stress, it is likely these signs appear on your face, as quoted from the Health, that is :

1. Tired Eyes
 When stress or anxiety then people tend to be difficult to close my eyes or sleep. This condition will affect keeseokan day which will look tired eyes.

2. Dull skin

 

When people are stressed, then the function of some cells and organs in the body is not optimal. This condition affects the regeneration of the skin that is not optimal so that makes it look dull.

3. Dry Skin

Pressures arising from the mind can cause blood peredarah so abnormal, sometimes too little, or even mostly so the skin looks dry, pale or reddish. Besides the stress hormone cortisol also disrupts the skin's ability to retain water which makes it look dry.

4. Wrinkled forehead
When the stress people tend to frown or forehead. In this condition the hormone cortisol inhibits collagen and protein binding is required by the elasticity of the skin so disturbing that create wrinkles in the forehead.

5. Pimple
Stress makes the hormones in the body fluctuate, causing enlarged pores that make bacteria or dirt to accumulate on the skin and potentially trigger acne and inflammation.
